Front bezel for the SLI-M and SLI-PRO board from Leo Bodnar
The bezel are laser cut from a 1.5 mm sheet steel and it's surfaces are powder coated.
A mounting kit for the board is delivered with the bezel.
As an accessory push buttons, cabon-look-sheets, turning knobs and indicating dials for the SLI-PRO can be ordered as well.
The indicating dials are transparent and can be painted from the back. With the
cabon-look-sheet it is easy to cover sections in the bezel that are not to be used.
It is recommended to connect at least one push button to the board for optimum shift point tracking.
SLI-M bezel. A maximum of five push buttons can be mounted.
The SLI-M board has a sidewards pointing USB port. Mounted in a bezel, the cable outlet does not look really nice.
It is recommended to order the SLI-M with the "Buttons / USB connectors included separately" option. In this case you can solder an USB cable direct to the board, so the outgoing cable is hidden by the bezel.
However this solution is suitable only for people who own a fine soldering-iron and having good soldering skills .
This way e.g. a final SLI-M bezel could look like.
SLI-PRO bezel. A maximum of seven push buttons and two rotary switches can be mounted.
